Refund Policy

You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of paying, for any reason, as long as you have used no more than two mentor sessions. No forms, no exit interview, no attempt to talk you out of it.

After that, we refund the part of the course you have not used. The details are below so there are no surprises.

1. Email [email protected] from the address you enrolled with.
2. Tell us the course name and, if you have it, the order reference.
3. A reason is welcome but optional. It helps us fix things; it does not affect whether you get the refund.

We confirm by email within two business days. Once approved, funds go back to the original payment method, which typically takes a further five to ten business days depending on your bank.

You get 100% back, no questions, if any of these apply:

• You request it within 30 days of payment and have attended two or fewer mentor sessions.
• Your course has not started yet and you cancel before the first session.
• We cannot run your track at the level or in the timezone you need after you have paid.
• We cancel your course for a reason that is not your fault.

Once you are past the 30-day window, or have used more than two sessions, we refund on a pro-rata basis: the course price minus the value of the sessions already delivered.

Worked example. A twelve-session course at $147.90. You have had four sessions and want to stop. Four sessions is a third of the course, so we keep $49.30 and refund $98.60.

• Sessions you cancelled with at least 12 hours' notice do not count as delivered.
• Sessions missed without notice, or cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice, do count as delivered.
• Sessions your mentor cancelled never count against you.

Sometimes the material is right and the way the sessions run is not — too fast, too slow, the wrong emphasis, the wrong time of day. Tell us and we will change how the sessions work at no cost, before anyone starts talking about refunds. Most people who raise this end up staying.

• Sessions already delivered, other than in the full-refund cases above.
• Bank fees or currency conversion losses charged by your own bank.
• Enrolments where access has been ended for a serious breach of the Terms & Conditions — for example redistributing course materials.
• Corporate or team agreements with their own signed refund terms, which take precedence over this page.

Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. A chargeback takes months and freezes the account while it runs; a direct request is usually resolved in days. We have never refused a reasonable refund request, and we are not about to start.

Nothing on this page limits the rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or the consumer law of the country you live in, including any statutory cooling-off period. Our 30-day full-refund window is longer than the 14-day cooling-off period those regulations provide. If your local law gives you a better outcome than this policy, your local law applies.
